Rivers as National Waterways
The privatisation of rivers as National Waterways (NW) in Goa is causing a loss of resource that is entitled to the people belonging to the state. This privatisation, under public-private partnership (PPP) of rivers in the name of nationalisation is a selling out of Goa's lifelines.
